• We cannot recommend Dean and Wayne at DWT Builders Ltd highly enough. The project involved building a substantial rear and side wrap-around extension and a new front porch, which has completely transformed our home. They also carried out a garage conversion, bricked up an old external doorway and chimney opening, carefully matching existing brickwork and pointing. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. From the outset, they discussed every aspect of the project with us in detail and ensured everything was completed correctly and in full compliance with Building Control requirements. They worked precisely to the drawings, kept us well informed throughout, and were always happy to offer advice and guidance. Dean and Wayne are professional, friendly and extremely hardworking. They arrived at 7:30am every morning like clockwork and even worked weekends when needed to keep the project on schedule. The work was completed in line with the original quotation, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What impressed us most was the pride they take in their work. They genuinely care about delivering the best possible result and frequently went above and beyond. Their communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt confident that the project was in safe hands. They were also brilliant with our two-year-old daughter, who absolutely adored them. They always made time to chat to her and have a laugh, and she still asks most mornings, “Are Dean and Wayne coming today?” Large building projects can be stressful, but they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.   Wayne and Dean completed a large scale extension to our house and associated landscaping in our garden afterwards. We would without hesitation recommend them to anyone wanting building or garden landscaping, they were excellent.
  
  Their attention to detail, friendliness and the fact that they take great pride in their work are the main reasons why we would recommend them. Nothing was too much to ask. They regularly updated us throughout the project and managed all of the other tradespeople that came into our home. All of their associated tradespeople were also super friendly and did a very good job.
  
  They accurately priced the job initially and when anything required extra work they carefully checked with us in advance. Our children miss having them around and ask when are Wayne & Dean coming back!
  
  People tell horror stories about building work, we had totally the opposite experience thanks to Wayne & Dean.

It's incredibly difficult to find a tradesman that is both trustworthy and reasonably priced, but these guys are both.

• DWT did an outstanding job on my garage conversion. The finished conversion was amazing and they were very professional, considerate and extremely tidy - which is an important factor when building work is being carried out.

  Having building work carried out is very stressful but they ensured I was personally kept informed of what was happening at each stage and importantly, they listened to me and were sensitive to any questions I had and very approachable.

  I cannot praise them enough for their workmanship and craft and would highly recommend DWT. It’s always good to find quality tradesmen and I would have no hesitation in employing their services again.
